Once the design is finalized, your item moves into production, which generally takes 2–5 days. For special pieces such as hand-painted or handcrafted items, additional time may be needed to ensure every detail is perfect.

We take care with each order, so your keepsake arrives exactly as you imagined.


2. Shipping & Transit Details

Once production is complete, your order is carefully packed and shipped. Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method:

Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $59 → $5.99 shipping

  • Orders over $59 → Free shipping

  • Delivery time: 7–12 business days

Expedited Shipping

  • Flat rate: $15.99 per order

  • Delivery time: 5–8 business days

Shipping Delays:

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and may take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Please note: If you Have not seen the delivery information when you click the order tracking link, please don’t worry! Sometimes, the package goes from our transfer point to the shipper’s first scan at one of its destinations, there may be 24 hours delay in viewing the tracking progress.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our custom products. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us at hello@inkfablet.com, and we will work with you to find a resolution. 

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Return & Refund 

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. If an error is determined to be our fault, we will provide a free replacement. You will not need to return the original item.

2. Cancellation 

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the customization process has begun (within 24 hours of order placement). We strongly recommend reviewing your design, size, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Free Replacement

A free replacement may be issued under the following conditions:

  • No shipping movement after 3 weeks from the shipping date (correct address required)
  • Damage, defects, or incorrect customization (Reported within 30 days of delivery confirmation (i.e., the date you sign for the package))

To request a replacement, email us with:

  • Order number and email address
  • Photos/video showing the issue
  • For sizing: an image with a measuring tool

Please Note: We do not offer refunds—replacements are our primary solution to resolve eligible issues.

4. Replacement with a Small Fee

If the error resulted from incorrect customization information provided at checkout (e.g., wrong size or design selected), a replacement may be available for a reduced fee (50% of the original product price). You will not need to return the original item.

Important Notes

  • Replacements are not offered for errors caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please verify your address carefully during checkout.
  • Slight variations (up to 20%, e.g., lighter/darker shades) in color or appearance due to photography lighting or screen display.
